2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

  • Prices may change until full payment is received.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and issuance of written confirmation by Maximum Miles.

  • Any special requests (seat preferences, meals, room types, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payments

  • Payment timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm services.

  • Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.

  • Maximum Miles is not responsible for price increases due to delayed payments.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on airlines, hotels, and service providers.

  • Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, service fees, and taxes.

  • Processing time for refunds may vary based on the service provider and payment method.

5. Changes & Amendments

  • Date changes, name corrections, or itinerary modifications may attract additional charges.

  • Any change requests are subject to availability and provider policies.

  • Maximum Miles is not liable for losses arising from changes requested by the customer.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of passenger details.

  • Valid passports, visas, permits, and health documents are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

  • Maximum Miles is not responsible for denial of boarding, entry, or exit due to improper documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

  • Unless explicitly stated, travel insurance is not included in the package price.

  • Maximum Miles is not liable for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

8. Force Majeure

Maximum Miles shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, technical failures, or weather conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum Miles acts only as a booking agent and shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, or defaults of service providers.

  • We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during travel.

  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fees charged by us.

10. User Conduct

  • Customers agree not to misuse the website or services.

  • Fraudulent bookings, false information, or abusive behavior may result in immediate termination of services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Maximum Miles website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Maximum Miles and may not be used without written permission.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
